By the early 21st century, mankind has exploited Earth’s resources so much that
many people believe they ought to live in a way that puts as little burden on
Mother Nature as possible. Their primary purpose is to create for themselves a
living environment that conforms to the latest technical standards made available
to people nowadays, but utilizes technologies that save resources for future
generations. The creation of such environment is difficult in densely populated
urban territories. This is why rural areas just outside big cities are becoming more
important. That is where people can live close to nature while – thanks to modern
infrastructure – not having to give up on using any technical achievements of our
times and still being able to live in the proximity relatives and friends staying in the
city.
The latest of such projects is being implemented in Budajenő, just 11 kilometers
west of Budapest. The properties being the object of the rating are in the area
called Budajenő Templomvölgy field situated. The area was pronounced as central
located area in 2008, the local government in Budajenő decided about the area’s
new building up regulation as well.
Budapest can be reached through Budakeszi by car, by bus; the journey time is
25-45 minutes. The bus service in Budapest to Budajenő leaves from Széna square
(Moszkva square), journey 30 minutes. The highway M1 is in a straight line around
5 km away, the Budakeszi, Herceghalom, or rather Biatorbágy slip roads can
be reached in 10 minutes. The area’s value will be raised as significant propertydemand
increase investments’ preparation and realization is in progress in the
Zsámbék basin: altogether 5000 hectare an university area, a technological centre,
researcher centres and innovation centre will be built - further innovations will be
realized in the next few years.
